The Open Heart Project (15yrs-25yrs)

Navigating the challenges of adolescence and early adulthood life can be overwhelming for many young individuals. From academic pressures to social dynamics, there are numerous obstacles that they may face along their journey. This is where The Open Heart Project plays a crucial role in providing the necessary support and guidance to help today's youth culture have a listening ear and support for these challenges. Pilot project starting end of January 2025.
